Foxy and the Bean move to Bend

After living in the Bay Area for almost 9 years, Mark and I decided it was time for a change.  With a 4 year old and a 2 year old in the mix along with our two loyal greyhounds Stanley and Prefontaine, the Freeland Clan made the move to Bend, Oregon.

We consider it an upgrade in our lifestyle as we want to slow down and explore as many opportunities as possible. Although Marin offers so much of what we are looking for, Bend has it all within arms reach.  An upgrade to a bigger house was a major perk and now we are enjoying having a little more space.  With lots of holes to fill and furniture shopping to be done, we are happy to report we are all alive and doing well. Occasionally we can't find one of our dogs or girls but a quick sweep of the house and we usually find them in their new playroom quietly roaming their floor. 

I am looking forward to documenting our life here in Bend and will be posting pics and updates as we settle into our new life, neighborhood and ways.
